Have you ever wanted to know how a particular program did something you couldn't find info about? Could it be one of those wonderful undocumented Windows functions? If so, then this is your program!
Operation is very simple, just select the file you want to scan, and AnalogX TextScan will load it up and extract all of the text contained inside, both chars and unichars! It will also attempt to identify certain things, such as function calls, DLL's, etc. Then, you can export the results into a comma delimited file to process however else you like!
You can also search through the results, by using the 'Search' function. The program searches from the top entry in the window until the last one, stopping at each match. You can continue to the next match by either selecting 'Search' and pressing return, or simply by pressing F3. Searches are case-insensitive.
Configuration is pretty straight-forward; you can specify the minimum and maximum string lengths for it to match, as well as how tolerant you would like the function matcher to be.
